This article establishes and perfects the quality assurance system, and cites the heat treatment quality control methods for aviation parts. It develops the heat treatment quality control documents for the bearing ring parts from five aspects: “man, machine, material, method, and ring” and implements them strictly to improve the bearing. The method of heat treatment quality of ferrule parts was discussed. In order to reduce the heat treatment deformation of the bearing ring parts, improve the bearing life and reliability, adhere to the operator's certificate, the furnace temperature, bath fluid, testing equipment for regular calibration, testing, selection of good quality bearing material, the use of fixed operating personnel, The “quadruple” method for setting the heat treatment equipment, the process specification, and the work instruction book, and the process quality control method for the heat treatment at the production site, such as 6S management, are necessary. It has certain reference effect on improving the heat treatment quality of bearing ring parts, and has strong operability.
